Vaccination Drive at College Campus
In the view of Covid-19 pandemic the Management of SSSS Taywade College of Pharmacy Koradi have organised a Vaccination Drive for college students and staff at College Campus in order to keep them protected from corona virus. Covid-19 Vaccination programme was organised for the students and staff members of the SSSS Taywade College of Pharmacy Koradi n College on 28th October 2021 in the college campus from 10 am to 3.00 pm in collaboration with PSC center Kamptee Dist Nagpur with their Medical Team of Joint Director of Higher Education, Mumbai and National Service Scheme of Our college along with Taywade college Koradi. Around 64 students and staff members including teaching and administrative members were given Covishield as vaccine first and second doses as per their vaccination schedule. Later on they were asked to follow the suggestions as per doctor’s advice. The Health Minister of Maharashtra state, Mr. Rajesh Tope had announced about special inoculation drive for the students age group of 18 to 25, that the Covid-19 vaccination among the youth is the need of the hour as colleges and universities have started to open in the state from 20th Oct 2021. The Government of Maharashtra had started a week-long vaccination drive for college students in the state from 25th Oct to 2nd Nov 2021, under the campaign, ‘Mission Yuva Swasthya’. The teachers and students will be inoculated as part of the drive.
